Analysis of the Policy Implementation Status on Independent Tour of Yachts in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Waters and Its Countermeasures
摘要
Abstract
By introducing the analysis framework of the institutional change theory and regional governance theory,this article comprehensively analyzes the status of the implementation of the independent tour policy for yachts in the Greater Bay Area,probes into the main difficulties and challenges,and proposes specific countermeasures and suggestions such as strengthening top-level design and promoting the connection of yacht safety supervision rules in Guangdong,Hong Kong and Macao,in order to contribute to the high-quality development of the yacht industry in the Greater Bay Area.关键词
