Abstract
To implement the decarbonization goals of the International Maritime Organization(IMO),MEPC 80 adopted the 2023 IMO Strategy on Reduction of GHG Emissions from Ships,in order to reduce the reliance on fossil fuels and actively explore and develop green and low-carbon technologies for ships.In September 2020,China officially made the"carbon peak and carbon neutrality"commitment to the world and introduced a series of supportive policies.The leading force has been continuously strengthened,and the low(zero)carbon goal for ships in China has entered the"accelerated development stage".As one of the main development paths for clean energy ships,electric ships have also entered a period of rapid industry development.Their core technologies are characterized by a short development cycle,rapid updates and iterations,and significant differences in equipment and systems among different manufacturers,and it is premature for traditional seafarers training institutions to carry out standardized training.Therefore,to better serve the development of the shipping economy and the implementation of the strategy of building the nation's maritime strength,the maritime administration has actively promoted the transformation and innovation of management concepts and methods,and explored and established a new mode of"school-enterprise autonomy under the supervision of the maritime administration"for the training of seafarers operating electric ships.关键词
