摘要
Abstract
Ultra large vessels act as a key force in maritime transportation.However,due to their large size and weight,along with issues such as narrow navigational channels,restricted water depth,and disturbance from small vessels,the difficulty of ship maneuvering increases.During night pilotage,even in good weather,the specific environmental conditions can exacerbate the complexity of piloting.Based on the"Human-Machine-Environment-Management"theory,this paper identifies the risk sources of night pilotage,and proposes prevention and control measures from the four dimensions of personnel,equipment,environment,and management,aiming to enhance the safety and efficiency of night pilotage operations.关键词
