导师制融入医学人文教育在医院药学实习生教学中的应用及反馈
Tutorial system and medical humanities education to pharmacy undergraduates in hospital

Abstract
AIM To evaluate the effect of tutorial systems combined with medical humanities education of pharmacy undergraduates in hospitals to improve the quality of practice teaching for interns.METHODS The pharmacy interns in our hospital were divided into 2 groups:the rotation group(rotation training)and the tutorial group(the tutorial system+medical humanistic education training).Basic information about interns and tutors was collected,and their performance scores,feedback,and evaluations were systematically documented.RESULTS The interns of clinical pharmacy tended to choose the rotating teaching mode.The interns of pharmacy and Chinese pharmacy tended to choose the tutorial teaching mode.The main need of the students was the guidance on professional skills and difficulties in work.The self-assessment of tutorial group interns in theory,technical ability and humanities quality were higher than those in the rotation group(P<0.05).The teachers' evaluation on the ability to identify problems,evidence-based thinking and the total score of interns in the tutorial group were higher than those in the rotation group(P<0.05).Compared with the rotating group,the trainees under the tutorial system had more gains in pharmaceutical scientific research,humanistic quality,and medical ethics training.And their satisfaction was higher(P<0.05).CONCLUSION The integration of the tutorial system with medical humanistic education significantly enhances pharmacy undergraduates' internship experiences.Effective communication between the tutorial and rotating systems yields positive teaching outcomes.关键词
