翻转课堂联合案例教学法在医院药学实习生治疗药物监测实践教学中的应用
Application of flipped classroom combined case-based learning method in the practical teaching of therapeutic drug monitoring for hospital pharmacy interns

Abstract
AIM To explore and evaluate the application of flipped classroom combined case-based learning(CBL)in the practical teaching of therapeutic drug monitoring(TDM)for pharmacy interns in hospitals,aiming to promote the cultivation of pharmacy talents.METHODS The 64 pharmacy undergraduates who interned in the department of pharmacy from April 2022 to April 2024 were divided into control group and intervention group.The control group adopted the traditional teaching mode.The intervention group adopted the flipped classroom combined with CBL mode.Both groups focused on"individualized medication guidance under the monitoring of blood concentration of valproic acid"as the practice theme.The learning effect and comprehensive ability of the 2 groups of students were evaluated through various methods,such as in-class tests,case assessments,practical operation assessments,and questionnaires.RESULTS The participants in the intervention group demonstrated significantly higher scores than the control group across multiple dimensions,including theoretical knowledge mastery,case analysis ability,practical operation skills,individualized report interpretation ability,self-learning ability,problem discovering and solving ability,and teamwork ability.The differences observed were statistically significant(P<0.05).CONCLUSION The flipped classroom,combined with the CBL teaching method,effectively enhances the comprehensive skills of pharmacy interns in the practical teaching of TDM in hospitals and is recommended as a teaching mode for cultivating pharmacy talents.关键词
