突发公共卫生事件背景下医院临床药学专业学生培养评价指标体系构建
Construction of evaluation index system for training of clinical pharmacy students in hospitals under public health emergencies

Abstract
AIM To construct an evaluation index system for training clinical pharmacy students in hospitals under public health emergencies.METHODS The evaluation index system was initially formulated through the literature research method and focus group discussion.On this basis,the Delphi method was used to conduct 2 rounds of correspondence with 31 experts to determine the content of the evaluation index system.Finally,the analytic hierarchy process was applied to construct the judgement matrix and calculate the weights of indicators at all levels.RESULTS The average age of the 31 experts was(37.94±6.05)years old,and the average working experience was(12.00±6.76)years.The recovery rates of the 2 rounds of correspondence were 100.00％and 93.55％,and the authority coefficients of the experts were 0.896 8 and 0.908 7,respectively.The Kendall's coordination coefficients of the indicators of all levels ranged from 0.159 to 0.194.The finalised evaluation index system for the training of clinical pharmacy students in hospitals under public health emergencies included 3 indicators at the first level,14 indicators at the second level and 48 indicators at the third level.The combined weight share of the total 65 evaluation indicators ranged from 0.002 to 0.429.CONCLUSION The evaluation index system initially constructed in this study is highly scientific,comprehensive,and innovative,which can provide reference standards and an objective basis for training hospital clinical pharmacy students in public health emergencies.关键词
