Application progress of anticoagulants in continuous renal replacement therapy for high-risk bleeding patients
摘要
Abstract
Continuous renal replacement therapy(CRRT)is a widely used blood purification technique for the treatment of critically ill patients.These patients often present with a high risk of bleeding or active bleeding,making the choice of anticoagulants crucial.This paper provides a review of the latest applications of commonly used anticoagulants in patients with high bleeding risks in clinical practice,focusing on the mechanisms,advantages,and disadvantages of various anticoagulants.The findings aim to offer valuable insights into the use of anticoagulants during CRRT in critically ill patients with bleeding complications.关键词
