我国村医危急重症应急处置能力具备情况调查研究
Competence of emergency treatment service for critical illness among rural doctors in China
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the competence of emergency treatment service for critical illness a-mong rural doctors,to analyze the weaknesses,and to provide reference for improving it.Methods The survey was conducted by using a combination of multi-stage stratified cluster sampling and typical sampling to investigate 3916 rural doctors from 5 provinces in the eastern,central and western regions of China.The chi-square test was employed to analyze the competence of emergency treatment service of the surveyed rural doctors.Results The proportion of rural doctors in China with comprehensive competence in emergency treatment for critical illness was 80.4％.Among them,the proportions of rural doctors with preliminary treatment competence for cardiovascular and cerebrovascular accidents,first aid treatment competence for traumatic injuries,and emergency treatment com-petence for poisoning were 56.3％,85.0％,and 82.4％respectively.The possession rates of comprehensive competence in emergency treatment for critical illness among rural doctors in the eastern,central,and western re-gions of China were 85.3％,83.4％,and 71.0％,respectively.About 90％of rural doctors needed to provide e-mergency treatment service for critical illness,and the proportion of rural doctors reporting their competence in e-mergency treatment for cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases that met the service needs was low.The pro-portion of rural doctors in the eastern and central region of China whose competence could meet the needs was high-er than that in the western region of China.Conclusions Competence of emergency treatment service for critical illness among rural doctors can basically meet the needs of villagers.The proportion of rural doctors with emergen-cy treatment competence in cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases is the lowest.There are differences in the proportion of rural doctors with different competence.The competence of rural doctors in the western region needs to be improved.关键词
