浙江省医务人员对县域医共体组织韧性的认知评价及影响因素分析
Cognitive evaluation and influencing factors of organizational resilience of county medical alliances in healthcare personnel of Zhejiang Province

Abstract
Objective To analyze the cognitive evaluation of organizational resilience of county medical alliances in medical personnel of Zhejiang Province,and to explore the relevant influencing factors,so as to pro-vide countermeasures and suggestions for promoting the high-quality development of county healthcare services.Methods Purposive sampling and random sampling methods were adopted to collect relevant data,and SPSS 26.0 was used to conduct descriptive statistics,variance analysis and binary logistics regression analysis of the col-lected data.Results A total of 591 healthcare personnel were included in the study.The average score of the or-ganization resilience of county medical alliances was 4.28,with the highest score for self-regulation dimension(4.34 points),and the lowest score for diversity dimension(4.23 points).Ten to twenty years of working[β(95％CI)=-0.582(0.339,0.920)],working years equal to or longer than 20 years[β(95％CI)=-1.014(0.197,0.668)]and professional title intermediate[β(95％CI)=-0.589(0.339,0.908)]were influencing factors for the cognitive evaluation of healthcare personnel on organizational resilience of county medical alliances.Conclusions The evaluation of healthcare personnel of Zhejiang Province on organizational resilience of county medical alliances is above average.The medical alliances as a whole is in a state of balanced development.It is necessary to establish a reasonable promotion system and an internal distribution mechanism based on post charac-teristics,and to encourage the medical staff with short working years to take the initiative to further study.关键词
