县域医养结合服务供给的实践逻辑
The practical logic of county-level medical-nursing combined service supply:A qualitative research based on grounded theory

Abstract
Objective To explore the practical logic of county-level medical and nursing service supply,to clarify the supply path,and to provide reference for improving the level of the service and promoting its develop-ment.Methods Based on the qualitative research method of grounded theory,this study conducts semi-structure-d interviews with 8 staff members of relevant government departments and 12 staff members of medical-nursing combined institutions in three counties of Henan Province,and applies three-level coding to develop a theoretical model for the practical logic of county-level medical-nursing combined service supply.Results The study found that the practice of county medical-nursing combined service supply is inseparable from the coupling among supply subject,service mode,resource allocation,service guarantee,family and society.Conclusions A multi-supply community formed by the government,medical-nursing combined institutions and the third sector produces a varie-ty of service models according to different actual conditions,providing a material basis for resource allocation.Meanwhile,service guarantee and family and society are the key factors to promote the sustainable development of county-level medical-nursing combined service.In the future,the government should improve the integrated medi-cal and elderly care service system that coordinates urban and rural areas,guide the effective supply from non-gov-ernmental departments,and strengthen the construction of integrated medical and elderly care talent teams with multiple parties.This aims to ensure that the elderly have support and reliance in their old age.关键词
