INTERNATIONAL COMPARISON AND PATH SELECTION OF AGRICULTURAL POWERHOUSE CONSTRUCTION

Abstract
The construction of agricultural powerhouse is an important foundation for building a modern socialist country in all respects and accelerating the realization of Chinese modernization. Therefore,it is necessary to learn from advanced experience from a comparative perspective. Based on the connotation of agricultural powerhouse with Chinese characteristics,this research carried out an international comparison of the construction of powerhouse con⁃struction,objectively evaluated the construction level from the national,dynamic and historical dimensions,detailed the construction path,and put forward policy recommendations. The results were listed as follows. At present,the level of China 's agricultural powerhouse construction had increased year by year,and the realization degree was 59.77％ of the level of other world agricultural powers,that construction score had the fastest growth rate among these 10 countries. Building an agriculture powerhouse,China had advantages in supply security,cultural inheri⁃tance,and ecological low-carbon,and it also had a good foundation to keep up with the pace of agricultural power in terms of competitiveness and common prosperity. Additionally,it had obvious shortcomings and weaknesses in terms of scientific and technological equipment,industrial resilience,and management system. In order to speed up the construction of agricultural powerhouse,based on China 's own foundation and characteristics,it is necessary to further focus on the key points,classify policies and strengthen construction from the aspects of stable production and supply,industrial integration,green development,scientific and technological innovation,livability and suitabil⁃ity,common prosperity,international competitiveness,support and protection.关键词
