Research Report on the High-quality Development of Traditional Dairy Products Industry in the Inner Mongolia

Abstract
In recent years,the traditional dairy industry in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region(short for Inner Mongolia)has experienced rapid growth,guided by policies aimed at promoting high-quality development in animal husbandry and revitalizing the dairy industry,including the Opinions on Promoting Dairy Industry Revitalization and Ensuring Quality and Safety of Dairy Products issued by the General Office of the State Council and the Nine Policy Measures for Dairy Revitalization in the Inner Mongolia.These policies have greatly stimulated the enthusiasm of farmers and herders to develop animal husbandry and traditional dairy product processing,leading to a flourishing trend in the development of traditional dairy products.This is reflected in the legally supported production and distribution of traditional dairy products,overall improvements in factory equipment,more standardized production processes,enhanced leading roles of typical products,a surge of innovative products,and significantly heightened food safety awareness among producers and consumers.However,there are still some difficulties and issues in the development process,such as problems with milk sources,product quality and food production safety,delays in standards for innovative products,and the need for equipment upgrades.To promote high-quality development of the traditional dairy product industry,proactive measures should be taken.关键词
