Abstract
With the development of information technology and the popularity of the internet,enterprises all over the world have begun to explore the road of digital transformation in order to enhance competitiveness in the fierce market.As one of the leading enterprises in China dairy industry,Bright Dairy has also followed the trend of the times and started its own journey of digital transformation.This paper aimed to study the digital transformation path and its effect of Bright Dairy,discussed the key strategies,implementation steps and technical applications in the process of its transformation,and evaluated its transformation effect,so as to provide reference for the digital transformation of other enterprises.关键词
