摘要

Abstract

Probiotics,mainly lactic acid bacteria(LAB),play a key role in the research and development of functional dairy products.They can regulate the intestines and improve intestinal related diseases.Their potential functions include competing for adhesion sites,producing bactericides,improving intestinal permeability,releasing active metabolites,regulating immunity and stimulating cellular protective responses,etc.This review mainly introduced the efficacy and mechanism of action of probiotics in functional dairy products,and analyzed the possible difficulties and challenges in their application,providing a reference for the development and application of functional dairy products.
