Abstract
The 15th Five-Year Plan period(2026-2030)signifies a pivotal phase in China's pursuit of at-taining fundamental modernisation by 2035.In order to achieve this,it is essential to accurately identify changes in both international and domestic contexts.Adherence to novel development concepts and holistic approaches is also vital,as is the prioritisation of high-quality development,the deepening of reforms,the expansion of open-ness,the active fostering of new productive forces,the continuous advancement of fiscal and taxation system re-forms,the vigorous development of the cultural industry,and the refinement of social work mechanisms.These efforts are directed towards the comprehensive driving of orderly and high-quality socio-economic progress,ensuring steady advancement of Chinese-style modernisation.关键词
