Abstract
As a fundamental element of the political culture of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics,the polit-ical culture of the Chinese Communist Party has historically encountered challenges within academic circles due to the absence of a systematic conceptual definition and measurement tools.This has impeded the advancement of research in this domain.Utilising a combination of normative analysis and empirical studies from existing liter-ature,this paper employs an individual-level measurement approach,conceptualising intra-party political cul-ture into three dimensions:organization,ideation,and institution.The study employs a systematic data collec-tion approach,encompassing item analysis,reliability analysis,exploratory factor analysis,and confirmatory fac-tor analysis.This comprehensive methodology facilitates the development of a subjective measurement scale for intra-party political culture,tailored to the unique characteristics of the Chinese context.This provides a foun-dation for further empirical research.关键词
