干部考核中的薄弱环节与破解策略
Weak Links and Solutian in Cadre Assessment:Based on the Perspective of Restoration Ecology
摘要
Abstract
The ecological thinking mode encompassed in restoration ecology offers a novel convergence point for the bidirectional coupling between cadre assessment and ecology.From the standpoint of restoration ecology,it is evident that the vulnerability exhibited in the vulnerable area of cadre assessment is predominantly attributed to the static state,system fragmentation,assimilation and ambiguous focus,as well as the looseness and surface embedding of cadre assessment.In order to address the vulnerability issue in the area of cadre assessment,it is essential to implement comprehensive measures.These measures should take into account the establishment of an"integrated and dynamic"assessment system,the perfection of the"multidimensional and precise"assessment concept,and the construction of an"integration and development"assessment model.The implementation of these measures will raise the scientific level of cadre assessment.关键词
