国家发展规划:理解中国式现代化的标识性概念
National Development Planning:Understanding the Iconic Concept of Chinese Path to Moderniza-tion
摘要
Abstract
The national development plan serves as a symbolic concept to understand Chinese modernization,characterized by distinct Chinese features.From the perspective of conceptual analysis,national development planning constitutes a systematic and strategic framework that follows the laws of national development to set na-tional development goals,implement national development strategies,and coordinate various resources to pro-mote the modernization of the country.From the perspective of theoretical origins,the national development plan integrates excellent traditional Chinese culture and development wisdom while drawing upon the experiences and lessons of Western development,representing the crystallization of the sinicization and modernization of Marx-ism.From an experiential perspective,national development planning embodies an iterative upgrading process--from development planning to strategic planning,expanding from single domains to multiple fields,and transi-tioning from adapting to the laws of modernization to leading the trend of modernization.To better promote Chi-nese modernization through the national development plan,efforts should focus on improving the planning sys-tem,enhancing planning capacity,and optimizing planning efficiency.关键词
