党内法规思想教化作用在中国传统政治思想中的溯源
Tracing the Ideological-Educative Roots of Intra-Party Regulations in Chinese Political Thought:A Reinterpretation through Xunzi's Political Philosophy

Abstract
The effective functioning of contemporary political systems rests on solid moral and ethical founda-tions.As a specialized set of rules governing the leadership and organizational activities of Marxist political par-ties,intra-Party regulations manifest not only the hard authority of institutional norms but also the soft power of the soft power of ideological cultivation.This paper Drawing on key concepts in traditional Chinese political phi-losophy-particularly Xunzi's statecraft,which encompasses the doctrine of"transforming human nature and cultivating acquired virtues"(huaxing qiwei),the governance strategy of"exalting ritual and privileging law"(longli zhongfa),and the principle that"an exemplary ruler excels in gathering and guiding the people"(junzhe shanqun)—to investigate the theoretical resources that enable intra-Party regulations to perform their educative role.The analysis demonstrates that these regulations should function not merely as external constraints but as an internal wellspring of moral and spiritual guidance.Consequently,intra-Party regulations should give full play to their proactive educative capacity,confronting harmful tendencies among Party members at their in-ception.Only when such rules are internalised as firm convictions can they constitute a resilient spiritual core ca-pable of continuously resisting external corruption.关键词
