Abstract
This paper explores novel approaches to diagnosing and treating posterior compartment pelvic floor dysfunction through the lens of integral theory.In 1990,Professor Petros introduced the integral theory of the pelvic floor,emphasizing the synergistic action of ligaments,muscles,fascia,and the nervous system.This theory transcends the limitations of conventional single-discipline approaches and establishes cross-disciplinary diagnosis and treatment framwork,providing a new perspective for the diagnosis and treatment of pelvic floor dysfunction.The paper thoroughly analyzes the blind area between discipline boundaries in the diagnosis and treatment of posterior pelvic diseases and discusses the necessity of interdisciplinary diagnosis and treatment.Additionally,new insights into active defecation mechanisms under the integral theory are presented,along with innovative surgical strategies for pelvic floor prolapse syndrome.The paper also explores future development directions in interdisciplinary collaboration and intelligent diagnosis and treatment.关键词
