Exploration of the surgical treatment for stress urinary incontinence based on integral theory
摘要
Abstract
The incidence rate of female stress urinary incontinence(SUI)is high and it seriously affects the quality of life of patients.The classic pathological mechanism theories are hammock theory and integral theory.The tension-free suspension of the mid urethra(MUS)developed based on the integral theory has become the gold standard procedure for stress urinary incontinence,and its effectiveness stems from the unique understanding of the pathogenic mechanism of SUI by the integral theory.In addition to MUS,there are new explorations in the treatment of SUI based on integral theory,and the clinical value still needs further verification.关键词
