中国胃癌早筛早诊早治高质量发展的思考
Perspectives on high-quality development of gastric cancer early screening,early diagnosis,and early treatment in China
摘要
Abstract
Gastric cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors of the digestive tract in China,posing a serious threat to people's health.The effectiveness of screening in reducing gastric cancer mortality has been demonstrated.Based on this,China has launched multiple national projects for early diagnosis and treatment of gastric cancer since the early 21st century and has achieved certain interim results.However,the implementation of nationwide gastric cancer screening faces numerous challenges due to issues such as uneven resource allocation,inadequate medical facilities at the grassroots level,and low adherence to screening.Sequential screening and opportunistic screening based on new risk stratification technologies provide new directions for optimizing gastric cancer screening models.This article aims to review the evolution of gastric cancer screening models in China and,in conjunction with emerging gastric cancer screening technologies,provide insights for establishing a long-term gastric cancer screening mechanism tailored to China's national conditions and formulating relevant policies to support high-quality development.关键词
