Abstract
Left bundle branch area pacing(LBBAP)can provide patients with a more physiological cardiac pacing mode by stimulating the left bundle branch.As a new type of cardiac pacing technology,it has received great attention and been widely used in the cardiovascular field in recent years.However,this implantation method requires certain surgical skills and clinical experience,and the understanding and mastery of operation methods are not consistent among different surgeons,which leads to the heterogeneity of LBBAP among different surgeons in various centers.The purpose of this article is to introduce the standardized operation process of LBBA pacing through summarizing the preoperative evaluation,device and instrument preparation,surgical procedures,postoperative monitoring and follow-up,and the prevention of complications,so as to provide guidance for clinicians.关键词
