摘要
Abstract
Patients with atrial fibrillation and heart failure in whom sinus rhythm cannot be restored or maintained through drug therapy or catheter ablation or in whom ventricular rate is difficult to control have a poor prognosis.Atrioventricular node ablation combined with physiological ventricular pacing is a promising treatment method.Left bundle branch pacing is the most widely used method of physiological ventricular pacing.This article presents a review on the treatment for patients with atrial fibrillation and heart failure by left bundle branch pacing combined with atrioventricular node ablation.关键词
