摘要
Abstract
In recent years,many studies have demonstrated that Hirsch-Purkinje system pacing is closer to physiologic pacing than conventional biventricular pacing,and that it shortens postoperative QRSd,improves postoperative cardiac overreactivity,and improves the clinical prognosis of heart failure patients.Many recent clinical studies suggest that left bundle branch pacing combined with left ventricular epicardial pacing(LOT-CRT)can further shorten QRSd,improve CRT responsiveness,and further improve clinical prognosis in patients with wide QRS heart failure.关键词
