摘要
Abstract
Left bundle branch area pacing(LBBAP)is an emerging physiological pacing modality thatmaintainsand restores ventricular synchrony by direct activation of the left bundle branch.Numerous studies have confirmed the clinical efficacy and safety of LBBAP,highlighting its significant potential in improving cardiac function and clinical outcomes.However,identifying the optimal patient population for LBBAP and optimising pacing strategies remain critical challenges in current clinical practice.This article aims to provide an in-depth analysis and discussion on these issues based on clinical practice,relevant research findings,and domestic and international guidelines and expert consensus.关键词
