社区养老支持对老年人健康脆弱性的影响研究
Study on the Impact of Community Support for Aging on Health Vulnerability of Older Adults
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the impact of community support for the elderly on the physical vulnerability and mental health vulnerability of the elderly.Methods Based on the field research data in Xi'an City,the influence mechanism of community support for the elderly on the health vulnerability of the elderly were empirically analyzed through the mediation effect model.Re-sults Community support for aging can suppress the health vulnerability by boosting older adults'participation in physical activity,increasing the frequency of social interactions,and reducing the risk of illness and falls among older adults,and the suppression effect on mental health vulnerability is more significant.In terms of heterogeneity analysis,community support for the elderly has a significantly inhibitory effect on the health vulnerability of lower-aged,middle-aged,and urban older adults.Conclusion It is suggested to expand the actual coverage of community support for the elderly,increase the number of places for elderly exercise,carry out health knowledge popularization,organize community recreational activities,and improve the degree of aging of facilities in order to smooth the path of influence transmission.关键词
