社区居家养老服务对配偶照料者心理健康的影响
Effects of Community Home-Based Care on the Mental Health of the Elderly Spouses'Population

Abstract
Based on the data of China Health and Retirement Longitudinal Study(CHARLS)in 2015 and 2018,empirical analysis was conducted by using differentially differential model to explore the positive impact of community home care services on spouse's psychological well-being and its potential pathways.The results showed that community home care services had a posi-tive spillover effect on the mental health of spousal caregivers,and the estimated results were still robust after replacing explained variables,placebo test and replacement of multiple propensity score matching methods.In terms of heterogeneity analysis,the benefits of community home care services were greater for women,rural residents and spousal caregivers with higher education lev-el.Mechanism analysis showed that community home care services could improve the mental health level of spouse caregivers by reducing the intensity of spouse care.关键词
