嘉兴市长期护理保险受益人尊严感现状及影响因素研究
Study on the Status of Sense of Dignity of Long-Term Care Insurance Beneficiaries in Jiaxing City and Its Influen-cing Factors

Abstract
Objective To compare the current status of dignity and associated factors among elderly individuals receiving home-based and institutional long-term care,and provide a basis for improving long-term care services and enhancing the dignity of dis-abled elderly individuals.Methods From July to August 2023,a multi-stage cluster random sampling method was used to select 871 long-term care insurance beneficiaries in three counties in Jiaxing City,Zhejiang Province,and conducted survey.Among which,633(72.7%)received home-based care and 238(27.3%)received institutional care.Results The dignity score of the 871 long-term care insurance beneficiaries was 68.57±20.71,indicating a moderate dignity impaired.A total of 718 individuals(82.4%)were significantly impaired,of which 530(83.7%)in home-based care and 188(80.0%)in institutional care,with no signifi-cant difference between these two groups(P>0.05).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that the dignity of both home-based and institutional care beneficiaries was significantly influenced by physical pain and depression(P<0.05).And home-based care beneficiaries were also influenced by monthly family income,daily living activity ability,and self-rated health status(P<0.05).Conclusion The dignity of long-term care insurance beneficiaries in Jiaxing City is at a moderate level of impairment,with a significant proportion experiencing dignity impaired.It is important to focus on older individuals experiencing physical pain and symptoms of depression.For home-based care,attention should also be paid to those with significant loss of daily living abili-ties and poor self-rated health.It is suggested to improve the mental health support mechanism of long-term care insurance,strengthen the training of professional caregivers and family members,and optimize long-term care insurance payment and service guarantee while comprehensively considering the sustainable development of the long-term care insurance fund.关键词
