摘要
Abstract
[Objective]To explore the effect of using limb fixators for arteriovenous puncture in children for arteriovenous puncture.[Methods]The success rates and complication rates of arteriovenous puncture in children were compared between the traditional empirical arteriovenous puncture(control group)and the arteriovenous puncture using the limb fixator for children(observation group).[Results]The success rate of arteriovenous puncture in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the incidence of complications was lower than that in the control group.[Conclusion]The limb fixator for children's arteriovenous puncture applied in pediatric wards has the characteristics of accurate positioning,firm fixation,light weight and portability,and high safety and it is worthy of further promotion and application in clinical practice.关键词
