Application Effect of Research-Driven Precision Clinical Pharmaceutical Care Closed-Loop Model in Alzheimer's Disease
摘要
Abstract
Objective To provide more precise drug treatment plans for patients with Alzheimer's disease.Methods Based on the scientific research and clinical platform of the collaboration between the the Department of Pharmacy and the Department of Neurology in the Shanghai Sixth People's Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine,the cutting-edge research results from China and the United States of American were integrated,and the individualized drug treatment for Alzheimer's disease was focused on to construct a closed-loop model integrating clinical problem identification,laboratory research to clinical application,in order to optimize the precision medication of existing drug treatment plan such as donepezil.Results A closed-loop model integrating fundamental research,clinical research,and clinical achievement translation for precision pharmaceutical care in Alzheimer's disease was constructed.It effectively translated research findings into clinical practice,enhanced the precision of individualized medication use for drugs such as donepezil,improved patients'treatment outcomes,and provide a reference for new drug development and optimization of treatment strategies.Conclusion The precision clinical pharmaceutical care closed-loop model provides an important reference for individualized drug treatment of patients with Alzheimer's disease.It not only improves clinical treatment outcomes,but also advances the construction of precision pharmaceutical care system,and promotes individualized treatment and pharmaceutical innovation in Alzheimer's disease.关键词
