某院患者药学门诊认知现状与药学服务需求横断面分析
Cognition Status and Pharmaceutical Care Demands of Patients in the Pharmaceutical Clinic of a Hospital:A Cross-Sectional Analysis

Abstract
Objective To understand the cognition status and demands for pharmaceutical care of patients,and to provide a reference for the development of the pharmaceutical clinic.Methods A cross-sectional questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate the basic demographic information,awareness and demands for pharmaceutical care of voluntary respondents in the pharmacy clinic of a tertiary public medical institution from August 16 to August 22,2023.The cognition status and demands for pharmaceutical care of patients in the pharmaceutical clinic were analyzed.Results A total of 215 questionnaires were distributed and 204 valid questionnaires were collected,with an effective response rate of 94.88%.Most respondents had never heard of the pharmaceutical clinic(51.96%).When the respondents encountered problems such as drug compatibility(73.53%),especially cardiovascular and cerebrovascular drugs(62.25%)and antibiotics(59.31%),they preferred to consult the physician(83.82%).Although there were concerns about professional insufficient understanding of patients'condition(69.61%)or competency(58.82%)of the pharmacists,most patients(94.61%)were still willing to receive pharmaceutical care,and preferred to have a face-to-face consultation(82.84%)for ″medication guide″(92.65%).Meanwhile,promotions were suggested to expand the acknowledgement of the pharmaceutical clinic(81.37%).Conclusion Pharmacy clinics should do more publicity for pharmaceutical clinic in multiple channels and ways to break through the current cognitive limitations of patients in grassroots hospitals.A new mode of ″patient-centered″ pharmaceutical care should be more tailored according to the patients'actual demands.关键词
