某院1889例药品不良反应回顾分析
A Retrospective Analysis of 1 889 Cases of Adverse Drug Reactions in a Hospital

Abstract
Objective To summarize the reporting situation and occurrence characteristics of adverse drug reactions(ADRs)in a hospital,and to provide a reference for the safe medication in the clinic.Methods A total of 1 889 ADR reports reported to the National Center for Adverse Drug Reaction Monitoring by the hospital from January 1,2018 to December 31,2024 were collected,involving 1 889 patients.The reporting status of ADRs,demographic characteristics(gender and age),routes of administration,drug dosage forms,drug types,involved systems/organs and clinical manifestations,treatment and outcomes of ADRs were analyzed and evaluated.Results Among 1 889 ADRs,the reporting personnel were mainly physicians(1 538 cases,81.42%),followed by pharmacists(278 cases,14.72%)and nurses(73 cases,3.86%);there were 145 cases of general ADRs(60.61%),439 cases of severe ADRs(23.24%),283 cases of new and general ADRs(14.98%),and 22 cases of new and severe ADRs(1.16%).Among the 1 889 patients with ADRs,the age was mainly 41-80 years old(1 426 cases,75.49%),and the proportion of female patients was slightly higher than that of male patients(1.32∶1).The route of administration was mainly intravenous drip administration(1 173 cases,62.10%).The dosage form was mainly injection(1 076 cases,56.96%).The main types of drugs involved were anti-infective drugs(424 cases,22.45%),antineoplastics(375 cases,19.85%),cardiovascular and cerebrovascular drugs(222 cases,11.75%),etc.The main involved systems/organs were the skin and its accessories(456 cases,24.14%),the hematologic system(396 cases,20.96%),and the digestive system(330 cases,17.47%).After discontinuation of medication and symptomatic treatment,1 370 cases(72.53%)improved and 447 cases(23.66%)recovered.Conclusion The occurrence of ADR is influenced by various factors such as drug types,routes of administration,and patients'age,and involved systems/organs and clinical manifestations.During the medication process,medical staff should strengthen ADR monitoring,and clinical pharmacists should enhance communication with physicians,nurses,and patients,carry out full process pharmaceutical care,and ensure patients'medication safety.关键词
