四磨汤联合泮托拉唑治疗胃食管反流临床观察
Clinical Observation of Simotang Oral Liquid Combined with Pantoprazole in the Treatment of Gastroesophageal Reflux

Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Simotang Oral Liquid combined with pantoprazole in the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux,and its effect on negative emotions and brain-gut peptides in patients.Methods A total of 102 patients with gastroesophageal reflux admitted to the Jianli Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from July 2020 to July 2023 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group by the random number table method,with 51 cases in each group.The patients in the two groups were treated with pantoprazole,on this basis,the patients in the observation group were treated with Simotang Oral Liquid.Both groups were treated continuously for eight weeks.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 92.16%,which was significantly higher than 76.47%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the gastroesophageal motility indexes(esophageal peristalsis contraction ratio,esophageal sphincter relaxation rate,esophageal sphincter pressure)in the two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment(P<0.05),and those in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome scores,Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS),and Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)scores in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of motilin(MTL)and gastrin(GAS)in the two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment,while the levels of serum brain-gut peptide indexes[cholecystokinin(CCK)and vasoactive peptide(VIP)]in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group and the control group was comparable(13.73%vs.9.80%,P>0.05).Conclusion Simotang Oral Liquid combined with pantoprazole has good clinical efficacy and safety in the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux,which can improve clinical symptoms and gastroesophageal motility indexes,and alleviate negative emotions.关键词
