盐酸坦索罗辛联合经尿道柱状水囊前列腺扩开术治疗良性前列腺增生临床研究
Clinical Study of Tamsulosin Hydrochloride Combined with Transurethral Columnar Balloon Dilatation of the Prostate in the Treatment of Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of tamsulosin hydrochloride combined with transurethral columnar balloon dilatation of the prostate(TUCBDP)on the improvement of clinical symptoms,oxidative stress,and quality of life in patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH).Methods A total of 116 patients with BPH admitted to the hospital from May 2021 to October 2022 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group by the random number table method,with 58 cases in each group.The patients in the two groups underwent TUCBDP,on this basis,the patients in the observation group received additional treatment with Tamsulosin Hydrochloride Sustained-Release Capsules for two months.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 98.28%,which was significantly higher than 86.21%in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the observation group and the control group(3.45%vs.8.62%,P>0.05).Two months after surgery,the International Prostate Symptom Score(IPSS),serum prostate-specific antigen,quality of life score,superoxide dismutase level and malondialdehyde level in the observation group significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),while the maximum urine flow rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Tamsulosin hydrochloride combined with TUCBDP in the treatment of patients with BPH has a good effect and safety,which can improve clinical symptoms,improve quality of life,and inhibit the oxidative stress response.关键词
