参苓白术散治疗脾胃虚弱证幽门螺杆菌阳性萎缩性胃炎临床观察
Clinical Observation of Shenling Baizhu Powder in the Treatment of Helicobacter Pylori Positive-Induced Atrophic Gastritis with Spleen and Stomach Weakness Syndrome

Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Shenling Baizhu Powder in the treatment of Helicobacter pylori(HP)positive-induced atrophic gastritis(AG)with spleen and stomach weakness syndrome.Methods A total of 134 HP positive-induced AG patients with spleen and stomach weakness syndrome admitted to the hospital from June 2021 to May 2023 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group by the random number table method,with 67 cases in each group.The patients in the two groups received conventional quadruple therapy(Mosapride Citrate Tablets+Omeprazole Enteric Coated Capsules+Metronidazole Tablets+Amoxicillin Capsules),while the patients in the observation group received additional treatment with Shenling Baizhu Powder on this basis.Both groups were treated continuously for 2 weeks.Results The total effective rate and HP clearance rate in the observation group were 94.03%and 76.12%,which were significantly higher than 80.60%and 59.70%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of serum interleukin-6,C-reactive protein,tumor necrosis factor-α,endothelin,epidermal growth factor,pepsinogen Ⅰ,pepsinogen Ⅱ,and traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome score in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),while the average levels of serum gastrin-17 and calcitonin gene-related peptide in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group and the control group was comparable(2.99%vs.5.97%,P>0.05).Conclusion Shenlin Baizhu Powder in the treatment of HP positive-induced AG with spleen and stomach weakness syndrome has good clinical efficacy and safety,which can effectively improve patients'gastric function,reduce inflammatory reactions,and alleviate clinical symptoms.关键词
