Abstract
This experiment established a high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)technique to determine the content of chrysophanol,rhein,emodin,aloe-emodin and physcion in dachengqisan.The sample was separated on a Hypersil GOLD C18(4.6 mm ×250 mm,5 μm)with acetonitrile-0.1％phosphoric acid in gradient elution.The detection wavelength was 225 nm.The results showed that there were good linear relationships for chrysophanol,rhein,emodin,aloe-emodin and physcion(respectively was r＞0.999),the average recovery rate were 101.5％,98.1％,99.4％,99.8％and 98.4％.The RSD of precision,stability and durability was less than 2.5％.This method has good separation and accuracy,and can be used to determine the content of chrysophanol,rhein,emodin,aloe-emodin and physcion in dachengqisan,and provide data support for the quality evaluation of dachengqisan.关键词
