针刺调控外泌体miRNA表达在脊髓损伤治疗中的作用研究

摘要
Abstract
Spinal cord injury(SCI)is often caused by severe trauma,leading to a high disability rate,and no definite treatment strategies currently exist to achieve clinical cure.Exosomes,with their unique vesicular structure,can carry proteins,microRNAs(miRNAs),and other molecules,acting as transport carrier.Studies have shown that exosomal miRNAs play a positive role in treating SCI in rat models by promoting angiogenesis,inhibiting inflammation,enhancing axonal growth,preventing axonal apoptosis,and regulating autophagy.This study provides an overview of studies focusing on acupuncture's regulation of exosomal miRNA expression and its role in modulating carrier transport.The aim is to explore the impact of acupuncture-induced modulation of exosomal miRNA expression on the recovery process in the later stages of SCI,offering new insights for clinical treatment strategies for SCI.关键词
