Central Mechanisms of Acupuncture in Treating Post-Stroke Motor Dysfunction:An EEG Perspective
摘要
Abstract
Electroencephalogram(EEG),with its non-invasive,objective,and sensitive characteristics,plays a crucial role in the assessment and prediction of motor function after stroke.This review explores the application of EEG in interpreting the pathological role of neural oscillations and the central effects of acupuncture in regulating post-stroke motor dysfunction.Studies have shown that EEG not only provides an objective assessment of motor function prognosis in stroke patients but also monitors the modulatory effects of acupuncture on brain rhythms and network connectivity,offering neuroelectrophysiological evidence for the central mechanisms of acupuncture in stroke treatment.These findings contribute to the clinical application and translational research of EEG technology,promoting the scientific and precise development of acupuncture therapy and providing significant scientific evidence for future stroke rehabilitation research and practice.关键词
