基于肠道菌群探讨针刺结合苍附导痰丸治疗脾虚痰湿型多囊卵巢综合征的疗效及机制研究

Abstract
Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of acupuncture combined with Cangfu Daotan Pill in treating polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)of Spleen deficiency and phlegm dampness type based on gut microbiota.Methods:90 patients with PCOS of Spleen deficiency and phlegm dampness type were randomly divided into the acupuncture group,the herbal(Cangfu Daotan Pill)group and the combined group,with 30 patients in each group.The therapeutic effect was compared among the three groups.Results:The total effective rate was higher in the combined group than that in the herbal group and in the acupuncture group(P＜0.05).The improvements in the serum levels of T,HOMA-IR,FPG,FINS,TC,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C,DAO and D-lactic acid were more significant in the combined group than those in the herbal group and the acupuncture group after the treatment(P＜0.05).The amount of Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus were higher in the combined group than those in the herbal group and the acupuncture group after the treatment(P＜0.05);the amount of Enterobacteria was lower in the combined group than that in the herbal group and the acupuncture group after the treatment(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture combined with Cangfu Daotan Pill can regulate the imbalance of intestinal microbiota homeostasis and improve glucose and lipid metabolism levels in patients with PCOS of Spleen deficiency and phlegm dampness type.关键词
