松解针法联合电针治疗早期膝关节骨性关节炎的疗效及对膝部肌群等速肌力的影响
Effect of Release Needling Combined with EA in Treatment of Early KOA and Its Influence to Isokinetic Muscle Strength of Knee Muscle Group

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of releasing needling combined with electro-acupuncture(EA)in treatment of knee osteoarthritis(KOA)of early stage,and to explore its influence to isokinetic muscle strength of knee muscle group.Methods:A total of 92 patients with early KOA were randomly divided into the control group(n=46)and the treatment group(n=46).The control group was treated with EA,whereas the treatment group was treated releasing needling combined with EA.Both groups were treated for 2 weeks.The clinical efficacy was compared between the two groups.The knee function and isokinetic muscle strength of knee muscle group were compared between before and after the treatment in the two groups.The adverse reactions were observed during the treatment in the two groups.Results:The scores of WOMAC and VAS were lower after the treatment than those before the treatment in both groups,and the scores were lower in the treatment group than those in the control group after the treatment(P＜0.05).The values of ROM,PT,TW and AP of flexor and extensor muscle groups were higher after the treatment than those before the treatment in the two groups(P＜0.05);the values were higher in the treatment group than those in the control group after the treatment(P＜0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was similar between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion:Releasing needling combined with EA was effective in treating early KOA.It can promote the recovery of knee function,improve the isokinetic muscle strength of knee muscle group,with high safety.关键词
