腕踝针联合高频重复经颅磁刺激改善脑卒中偏瘫患者肩痛的探索
Exploration of Wrist-Ankle Acupuncture Combined with High-Frequency Repetitive Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation in Improving Shoulder Pain in Patients with Post-Stroke Hemiplegia

Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect and mechanism of wrist-ankle acupuncture combined with high-frequency repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation(rTMS)in improving shoulder pain in patients with post-stroke hemiplegia.Methods:A total of 100 patients with post-stroke hemiplegia and shoulder pain were randomly divided into the study group and the control group,with 50 patients in each group.The control group received routine intervention;on which basis,the study group was also treated with wrist-ankle acupuncture combined with rTMS.The improvements in shoulder pain symptoms,limb function,shoulder joint range of motion,and sleep quality were compared between the two groups.Results:There were no statistical differences in the pain score,shoulder joint function score,shoulder joint range of motion,and sleep status(insomnia severity index and sleep quality index)between the two groups before the treatment(P>0.05);the pain score and sleep status scale score were decreased,the shoulder joint function score and shoulder joint range of motion were increased after the treatment in both groups,and the changes in the study group were more significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of wrist-ankle acupuncture and rTMS treatment can improve shoulder pain symptoms,shoulder joint function,and shoulder joint range of motion in patients with post-stroke hemiplegia,and it can also improve the sleep qualities of the patients.关键词
