醒脑开窍针刺法治疗急性缺血性脑卒中阿替普酶溶栓患者的血清代谢组学研究
Serum Metabolomics Stduy on Xingnao Kaiqiao Acupuncture for Aleplase-Thrombolyzed Patients with Acute Ischemic Stroke

Abstract
Objective:To study the mechanism of serum metabolomics of 'Xingnao Kaiqiao'(arousing mind and opening orifices)acupuncture in treatment of alteplase-thrombolyzed patients with acute ischemic stroke(AIS).Methods:30 alteplase-thrombolyzed AIS patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 15 patients in each group.Both groups received standardized stroke treatment,with the observation group additionally receiving Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture method.The serum metabolomics differences between the two groups were examined.Results:The scores of NIHSS were significantly decreased(P＜0.05),and the scores of BI were significantly increased after the treatment compared to those before the treatment in the two groups(P＜0.05);in which the improvements were more significant in the observation group than those in the control group(P＜0.05).Serum metabolomics detected 439 differential metabolites,of which 115 were up-regulated and 324 were down-regulated.The main differential metabolites included ceramides,phosphatidylcholine,phosphatidylethanolamine,sphingosine phosphate choline,cysteine sulfate and L-carnitine.Enrichment analysis showed that 'Xingnao Kiaoqiao' acupuncture mainly regulated sphingolipid signaling pathway,necrotic apoptosis,neurotrophic factor signaling pathway,glycerol phospholipid metabolism and other biological processes.Conclusion:'Xingnao Kaiqiao' acupuncture can significantly improve nerve function injury in AIS patients with alteplase thrombolytic therapy,and its mechanism may be related to the regulation of lipid metabolism,neurotrophic factor secretion,necrotic apoptosis and other processes.关键词
