针刺内迎香治疗类固醇抵抗型变应性鼻炎患者的临床研究
Clinical Study of Needling Neiyingxiang in Treatment of Steroid-Resistant AR

Abstract
Objective:To observe the efficacy,safety and effects on inflammatory factors of needling Neiyingxiang in treatment of steroid-resistant allergic rhinitis(AR).Methods:60 patients with steroid-resistant AR were randomly divided into the treatment group(n=30)and the control group(n=30).The control group was treated with Azelastine nasal spray,twice daily,in the morning and evening;on which basis,the treatment group was also treated with needling Neiyingxiang acupoint under endoscope,with needle retention of 10 min.After 3 consecutive weeks of treatment,VAS score,graded Allergic rhinitis Symptom and Sign Scale scores,nasal resistance values,the inflammatory factors of IL-4 and IL-2,and IgE were compared between before and after the treatment in the two groups.Results:The VAS scores were lower after the treatment than those before the treatment in both groups(P＜0.05),but there was no statistical difference in VAS score between the two groups after the treatment(P＞0.05).The scores of the Symptoms and Signs Grading Scale of AR were lower after the treatment than those before the treatment in both groups(P＜0.05),and the scores of nasal congestion and inferior turbinate swelling was lower in the treatment group than those in the control group(P＜0.05),and there were no statistical differences in the improvements of sneezing,itchy nose and runny nose between the two groups(P＞0.05).The nasal resistance values were decreased after the treatment in both groups(P＜0.05),and the value was lower in the treatment group than that in the control group(P＜0.05).The levels of IL-4,IL-2 and IgE were significantly improved in both groups after the treatment(P＜0.05),in which the treatment group was superior to the control group(P＜0.05).The total effective rate was 93.33％(28/30)in the treatment group and 90.00％(27/30)in the control group,with no statistical difference between the two groups(P＞0.05).There were no obvious adverse reactions during the treatment in the two groups.Conclusion:Needling Neiyingxiang can effectively relieve the symptoms of nasal congestion and improve other symptoms in treatment of steroid-resistant AR,which mechanism may be related to the improvement of Th1/Th2 balance.The treatment has no obvious adverse reactions,which is worthy of clinical application.关键词
