基于复杂网络分析针刺治疗落枕的选穴特点
Acupoints Selection Rules of Acupuncture Treatment for Stiff Neck Based on Complex Network Analysis

Abstract
Objective:To summarize the published literature on the prescription of acupuncture therapy for the stiff neck in clinical practice based on complex network analysis,so as to provide reference and ideas for acupuncture treatment for the disease.Methods:The relevant clinical research literature on acupuncture treatment for stiff neck were retrieved from CNKI,Wanfang,WIP and PubMed since the establishment of the database until October 10,2023.The acupuncture prescriptions for the treatment of stiff neck were screened and the database was established by using Excel to count the application frequency of the points,the tropism attribution and the specific acupoints.The predictive models were established by using SPSS Modeler 18.0 software,creating node data and edge data,and using the Apriori algorithm for acupoints association rules analysis;Gephi 0.10.1 was applied for complex network analysis.The core acupoints were screened out by k-core to carry out community network analysis.Results:A total of 118 articles were included,and 138 acupuncture prescriptions were extracted,involving 84 acupoints,and the total frequency of the points used was 505 times.The top five acupoints with high-frequency included Houxi(SI3),Ashi points,Wailaogong(EX-UE24),Fengchi(GB20)and Jianjing(GB21).The top three meridians with most aupoints located were the Small Intestine Meridian of Hand-Taiyang,the Gallbladder Meridian of Foot-Shaoyang,and the extraordinary points.The specific acupoints were dominated by five-Shu points and confluent points.The first three point groups with high-frequency included Ashi points-SI3,Ashi points-GB20,and SI3-EX-UE24.Through the k-core hierarchical analysis method,21 core acupoints,such as SI3,Ashi points,EX-UE24,GB20,GB21,and Xuanzhong(GB39)were screened out.Conclusion:The treatment of stiff neck by acupuncture pays attention to the combination of distal and local points,as well as upper and lower points,which reflects treating both symptoms and root causes.关键词
