A case of simultaneous primary bilateral breast cancer with different molecular subtypes and bone metastasis
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics and treatment of synchronous primary bilateral breast cancer(SPBBC)with different molecular subtypes and bone metastasis,and to provide a reference for the early diagnosis and treatment of the disease.Methods A case of SPBBC with different molecular subtypes and bone metastasis treated at our hospital was reported and a literature review was conducted to summarize the clinical manifestations and diagnostic and therapeutic processes of the disease.Conclusion The mechanism underlying SPBBC with different molecular subtypes and bone metastasis still need further elucidation.Early diagnosis and treatment are crucial,and a multidisciplinary approach is needed to develop individualized treatment plans.关键词
