Researches advances in pest chemosensory system in insecticide resistance
摘要
Abstract
Chemosensation is a crucial mechanism by which insects perceive external signals and plays a significant role in shaping their behavioral patterns.In pests,the chemosensory system not only detects toxic substances such as insecticides commonly found in their environment,triggering physi-ological and biochemical responses,but also modifies feeding behavior and influences binding and metabolism of insecticides,and thereby promotes the development of insecticide resistance.This paper provides a comprehensive summary of the structure and function of the chemosensory system in pests,as well as its role in resistance development.Additionally,it analyzes potential underlying mechanisms,aiming to offer new perspectives on the complex mechanisms of insecticide resistance and provide a theoretical foundation for resistance management strategies and the design and development of novel insecticides.关键词
