摘要

Abstract

Florpyrauxifen-benzyl belongs to the class of pyridine carboxylic acids of auxin mimics and is a novel post-emergence herbicide developed by Dow AgroSciences(USA)and registered in China in 2017.Currently,resistance to florpyrauxifen-benzyl have been reported in multiple populations of vari-ous weed species.Its mode of action is complex,involving signal transduction pathways and the biosyn-thesis of ethylene,abscisic acid,and reactive oxygen species following the perception of florpyrauxifen-benzyl,all of which contribute to inhibited plant growth.However,the specific toxicological mecha-nisms and the underlying causes of resistance remain unclear.This review summarizes the toxicological mechanisms and resistance pathways associated with the novel auxin herbicide florpyrauxifen-benzyl,in order to provide theoretical insights for its rational use and strategies to delay resistance development.
