温脾汤中药结肠透析治疗3期及4期慢性肾病患者的临床效果
Clinical Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Colon Dialysis with Wenpi Decoction in the Treatment of Patients with Stage 3 and Stage 4 Chronic Kidney Disease

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine colon dialysis with Wenpi Decoction in the treatment of patients with stage 3 and stage 4 chronic kidney disease(CKD).Method:A total of 82 patients with stage 3 and stage 4 CKD who admitted to the Department of Nephrology,the First People's Hospital of Suining from April 2020 to April 2023 were included,they were divided into the treatment group(n=42)and the control group(n=40)according to whether they received traditional Chinese medicine colon dialysis with Wenpi Decoction.Both groups were given basic treatment of western medicine,and the treatment group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine colon dialysis with Wenpi Decoction.The renal function and electrolyte,traditional Chinese medicine symptom score and adverse reactions were compared between two groups.Result:After 5 courses and 10 courses of treatment,the serum creatinine(Scr)and blood urea nitrogen(BUN)in two groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the traditional Chinese medicine symptom scores of two groups were lower than those before treatment,and that in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).In the treatment group,2 cases(4.8%)had mild diarrhea discomfort after treatment,which was relieved after symptomatic treatment,there were no adverse reactions in the control group.Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine colon dialysis with Wenpi Decoction in the treatment of patients with stage 3 and stage 4 CKD can improve renal function,reduce traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,so as to improve the quality of life.关键词
