针刺联合耳穴压丸预防超重儿童肥胖的临床研究
Clinical Study of Acupuncture Combined with Ear Acupoint Pressing Pills in the Prevention of Obesity in Overweight Children

Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of acupuncture combined with ear acupoint pressure pills on preventing obesity in overweight children.Method:A total of 94 overweight preschool children were recruited by referring to the physical examination report of kindergarten admission in 2022.The subjects were divided into the intervention group(acupuncture combined with auricular point pressure pill group,n=41)and the control group(pseudo-acupuncture combined with auricular point pressure pill group,n=40)by random number table method.Body weight,body mass index(BMI),waist circumference,waist-to-hip ratio before intervention and 1,3,6 and 12 months after intervention,blood lipids[total cholesterol(TC),triglycerides(TG)and low-density lipoprotein(LDL)],childhood obesity at 6 and 12 months after intervention,and adverse reactions during intervention were compared between the two groups.Result:The weight and BMI of the intervention group at 3 months,6 months and 12 months after intervention were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the waist circumference and waist-to-hip ratio of the intervention group at 6 months and 12 months after intervention were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in TC,TG and LDL between two groups before intervention and 6 months and 12 months after intervention(P>0.05).The incidence of obesity in children in the control group at 12 months after intervention was higher than that in the intervention group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).No adverse reactions occurred in two groups during intervention.Conclusion:Acupuncture combined with ear acupoint pressing pills can reduce the weight,BMI,waist circumference and waist-to-hip ratio of overweight children,and can prevent the occurrence of obesity in overweight children.关键词
